My Profile
I started my photographic life in secondary school where I helped
build the school's darkroom and had my first photo published in the
National Press while still in 5th year. I love photography and when
I left school I always kept a camera close by, even though my career
went elsewhere. Then in 1988 I decided to change direction and make
photography my career. I built a studio near the picturesque village
of Grangecon and the town of Baltinglass and from this small rural
studio I find I can enjoy my work without the pressures of the high
street.
